Trust & Compliance
Trust, safety, and adult platform compliance.
Fuck or Fade is an adults-only entertainment platform. This page explains how the site handles age access, performer rights, synthetic media, privacy, and legal removal requests without pretending to be a dating app or real-world meetup service.
Adults-only access
Fuck or Fade is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to view adult entertainment where they live. Visitors see an adult confirmation gate before entering, and users are responsible for leaving if adult content is unlawful in their location.
The age gate does not replace legal compliance or identity checks for content rights. It is one access control in a broader adult-content policy stack that includes rights status, removal procedures, acceptable-use rules, and account enforcement.
Performer rights and public display
Public performer cards must be licensed, synthetic, or otherwise authorized before they are shown in the swipe game. Internal records track rights status so unauthorized media can be withheld, removed, or replaced. Third-party performer names used in ranking data do not grant permission to use anyone's image, likeness, or restricted content.
If a rights holder, performer, or authorized representative believes content appears without permission, they can use the DMCA and rights process to identify the exact URL or card and request review.
Privacy and account data
Fuck or Fade collects the information needed to operate an adults-only digital entertainment service: email login, session data, game votes, saved favorites, support messages, device data, IP address, approximate location, and security logs.
The platform does not sell personal data. Operational records are kept only as needed for account access, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and product improvement.
Privacy requests can be sent to hello@fuckorfade.fun.
Content removal and legal requests
Copyright, publicity rights, consent, and removal requests should identify the claimant, contact information, the work or likeness at issue, the exact Fuck or Fade URL or card, and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized.
Start with the DMCA and Rights Policy, the adult content compliance statement, and the Acceptable Use Policy. Questions can be sent to hello@fuckorfade.fun.
