A rights notice should be sent to hello@fuckorfade.fun and include the claimant's name, contact information, identification of the work or likeness at issue, the exact URL or location on Fuck or Fade, a statement that the claimant has a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and a statement that the notice is accurate.
If you believe content was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice with your contact information, the removed content location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was mistaken or misidentified, and consent to jurisdiction where legally required.
Repeat infringers and users who attempt to upload unauthorized adult content may have their accounts terminated.
Nothing in this policy limits our ability to remove content for consent, safety, brand, legal, or operational reasons.
